Great experience with Avel! As a first-time homebuyer, Avel was thorough about the whole process from start to closing and very patient with ALLLLLL of our questions. He has a resource of team referrals as well which helped make the process more seamless and not so lost and intimidating. Avel was encouraging, transparent, professional, engaging, non-judgemental and proactive. We really appreciated these traits about him. We found him through Instagram and honestly he's a true gem of a find, and highly recommend him!

Avel answered all my house buying questions promptly and went out of his way to make sure I was fully informed during the entire home buying experience.

Avel is a very nice and helpful realtor. The best apartments that I saw during my apartment hunt were the ones that he showed me. He helped me get an apartment in a brand new building with great amenities.

Avel was great. Very proactive on scheduling and adapting to my constantly changing needs in an apartment. I ended up renting a condo which is a bit more tedious of a process and he guided me through all red tape to get it done.

Avel is super helpful, patient and responsive. He made the search from out of state much easier. We sent him a lot of listings but ended up in an apartment that he recommended. Would recommend him!
